With Group Coaching the shared experience is unparalleled.
Group coaching offers a lecture/group discussion hybrid via routinely scheduled Zoom meetings. This program thrives on the therapeutic value of shared experience by members from diverse backgrounds and who vary along the timeline of self-improvement.
The Goals
I have designed group coaching program to help you to realize your strengths, become the best version of yourself, and make lasting, real-world improvements in a supportive and diverse lecture/Q&A format. Through this program, you will:
Develop an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses by assessing your assertiveness, character, frame, and confidence (the “Four Pillars”).
Learn, understand, and internalize the concepts and fundamentals of the program through listening to others’ experience and sharing your journey with the group.
Determining how principles, as discussed in the group, can aid you in your growth as a person, and how other see this process in you.
Elevate your sense of self by getting realtime feedback from the group.
Gain a better understanding of the dynamics of human nature through Q&A format.

The Group Coaching Program is a 12-month program that meets weekly. The Group meetings offer group modules designed to fit your personality, needs, and goals.
